The laboratory for the fluid inclusion microthermometry hosts Ortholux II Pol-Microscope with the USGS gas-flow heating and freezing stage for the work with fluid or melt inclusions between -150 and 500 °C. The microscope setup is equipped with a trinocular, objective lenses up to the 40fold magnification and a Sony CCS-Camera with screen.
